Separate laundry area off the kitchen and fenced backyard to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

You must be 21 years or older to book this property. The max cars allowed on proptery is 4 cars. There is no street parking allowed.

Parking & Snow Chain Requirements:
We have ample parking spaces with the gates open so please pull in off the street. Street parking is not allowed whatsoever. During winter months (November-April) all vehicles, including 4×4 must always carry tire chains. Check local conditions before you travel and verify if chains will be required to drive.
