With plenty of room for everyone in 4,600 square feet of living space, this home sits on one and a half acres of land and features three master suites with en suite bathrooms, a private hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, and a deck with a gas grill.
You must be 25 years or older to book this property. The max cars allowed on proptery is 4 cars. There is no street parking allowed.

Space

In total there are 5.5 bathrooms. There are 3 bathrooms that are en-suite with bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a King and a Queen size bed each. One bedroom has three Queen beds and the final bedroom has a single Queen size bed. (see our captions in the photos)

Additional note: All linens, towels and soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as dishwasher pods. Please use what you need and leave those items in the showers.

Inside, a spacious great room offers plenty of space to relax, complete with contemporary furnishings and a beautiful stone fireplace. Get a cozy wood-burning fire going and enjoy time all together in this inviting space. Two sliding glass doors open out to the expansive deck area, creating effortless indoor/outdoor flow.

Head outside to the deck for a breath of fresh mountain air. Gaze out at the pine trees surrounding the home and enjoy having one-and-a-half acres for exploring and winter sledding. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub with the nighttime stars twinkling overhead, and have fun BBQs with everyone outside.

Back inside, a spacious gourmet kitchen provides all the essentials and more for cooking up a feast for a crowd. There’s a professional-grade Thermador gas range, a built in refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for prepping. Serve up snacks or casual meals at the kitchen counter with bar stool seating, or drinks at the wet bar next to the kitchen.

For a game of pool and a delicious homemade cocktail, head into the den space upstairs where there is a pool table and a large bar for your ideal entertaining setup. There’s also an expansive and sophisticated desk space for getting work done, complete with complimentary WiFi throughout the house. There’s an additional finished room with a separate entrance, a Ping-Pong table, and a sofa.

Transit

This beautiful Big Bear Lake vacation rental is centrally-located – making getting around easy! Ridesharing apps are used often by guests as well as walking!

Notes

Parking & Snow Chain Requirements:
We have ample parking spaces with the gates open so please pull in off the street. Street parking is not allowed whatsoever. During winter months (November-April) all vehicles, including 4×4 must always carry tire chains. Check local conditions before you travel and verify if chains will be required to drive.

Neighborhood

Centrally located in Big Bear Lake, CA, this home is near endless year-round outdoor recreation and is only a few minute drive to the lake village area. Amenities, shops, and a grocery store are only a quarter-mile away, plus the lake is about a half-mile down the road. In the winter, the ski slopes are just a mile-and-a-half from the house as well.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as a private entrance and plenty of private parking.
